How to start using Wi-Fi in your GMC SUV
Using Wi-Fi in your GMC vehicle is just as easy as connecting to Wi-Fi at your house. Once you’ve set it up and connected once, you’ll be able to connect again in seconds each time you enter your vehicle. Just follow these five simple steps, laid out in the video above with visuals.
- Press the voice command button on your steering wheel and say “Wi-Fi Settings.”
- If you want to change your Wi-Fi information, press the blue OnStar button in your vehicle to get help, or change them yourself in your myGMC mobile app on your smartphone.
- Turn your vehicle on or in Accessory mode to use the Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Use your phone’s Wi-Fi settings to select your vehicle’s Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Enter your password. Then your phone will connect.
